Heh, I think that many of the other areas that are closer to the border are better candidates. I like Wayne county pretty well: lots of beautiful countryside and not much carved up into tacky development like pike County. Just didn't strike me as "Wall Street West."
I've seen lots of financial institutions move large chunks of their operations out of Manhattan after 9/11. Makes sense for NE PA to try to get a share of that. Those of us living in Jersey wouldn't even have much of a commute.
