I ordered a DNA test kit during the Prime days, as I had free Prime for a month.
The kit was the deluxe one normally $199 for $99.

Hopefully I find good news with it.

Related, news.

DW ordered something from Amazon, and they delivered it at 10 PM Friday night.
I was amazed as I wouldn't expect night deliveries and it must be harder (slower) to find the houses.

Ordered 3 cases of my cats' favorite and only canned food they'll eat. It was out of stock forever and just now back in stock. I was down to about a 2 week supply. Between my order on Amazon and Chewy I'm set for 6 mos. .

Waiting for my local grocery store to replenish their stock and I'll stock up more. Much cheaper there on sale than either Amazon or Chewy.

Park Tools bicycle crank remover

Taking a while to get here. According to the tracking information it has been in town for 3 days. By the time it gets here it will have been in at least 4 different USPS facilities in just this town alone. Somebody screwed up. Still waiting. I sure would like to fix the bicycles and get back to some exercise.

Cheers!

Three yellow toner cartridges. DW prints a lot of yellow. Don't ask.

3 jars of Coleman's Mint sauce. When I ordered them last time, one of the jars was broken. This time I got a message from Amazon that the shipper returned the package. I guess they broke 2 this time.

Funny story. About a year or more ago, I ordered some BBQ sauce from Amazon that came in glass jars. There were two in the package and they were both broken, so the outside of the box was pretty wet when they threw it on my porch. I reported it as usual, including a photo of the box.

Just about soiled myself when they told me to return it and gave me a return label to use. So I fastened the label to the box and dropped it off at the local UPS store. You should have seen the look on their faces! I just said "Argue about it with Amazon -- I'm done."

Of course I got my refund, but I decided to never again order anything in glass from them.

I spend a good amount of time every day at my desk on my PC. The constant forward position of my arm using the mouse on the desk was beginning to hurt my shoulder and back, so I bought an arm rest mouse pad.

It has been a wonderful change. I can lean totally back in my desk chair and relax while using the mouse. They include some strapping to attach it to the arm rest, but I substituted some velcro straps that work perfectly, and it is very secure. I'm very pleased to have found it.

Thanks for mentioning that. I hadn't thought about Gary Larson for a while, and am getting some laughs out of the stuff on his website.

This morning I waited at a stop sign while a long line of blue Amazon delivery vans from the nearby distribution center went by. After counting 15 vans, with more coming, I decided to turn right and go the other way.

So hey, cool it you guys!!
