I was once a migrant nuclear worker:

Roanoke, VA
Blacksburg, VA
Gaithersburg, MD
Rockville, MD
Jackson, MS
Atlanta, GA (3)
Vidalia, GA
Little Rock, AR
Granbury, TX
Birmingham, AL
Oak Ridge, TN
Richmond, VA (2)

Plus multiple extended business trips of 1-6 months in hotels.

We've been looking for our "last" for the last few years with little luck. Keeping at it, though.

Ditto. Three months? Only 90 nights, and cumulatively I’ve spent more than that in some hotels.

+1 and +1

I'll tell you one thing, though - - I'm never moving again, EVER, if I can help it! I am very, very happy here and with any luck, I will live here for the rest of my life. I don't even want to travel. I'd rather just stay in New Orleans and continue to grow roots.

That said, we still have a Plan B in case of "Katrina II", badly worsening crime, or other reasons giving us no choice but to move.

I've lived in 33 different places on land and aboard two submarines - all by the time I was 34. I've lived in the same house for the past 26 years.

Three villages in Nassau County (Long Island), NY, since 1986, the last of which I have lived since 1989. Two more in New York City (Manhattan) in the 1980s, in college and shortly thereafter. My first year of life, which I don't remember, I lived in Brooklyn (NY), followed by another LI village through 1985-6.

Texas

First 55 years I lived in a number of places but always within ~25 miles of where I was born in "the" downtown Houston hospital. Since then I live a good ways north of that, but still in Texas.

Traveled around the world a number of times but I never lived/visited anywhere for more than a week or so at a time.
