where to buy oversized comforter or duvet

I have a king size bed with a 3" foam topper and I can never find a comforter or duvet that is large enough...bedspreads used as a comforter work ok but selection is limited and then no matching bedskirt and they don't look quite right without alterations...what do others do? Thanks!

We had a mattress set years ago that had a similar problem.. I got a plain cream bedskirt to put between the frame and box springs to cover that, then bought a "bed in a bag" type set that had sheets, quilt and pillow covers plus a second fitted sheet that closely matched colors. I used the fitted sheet from the set on the box springs to match the quilt, then used the second fitted sheet on the mattress since you should see it only when folded down before hopping into the bed. Not the best, but other than special ordering a handmade super sized quilt, it worked.
