Pension--variable COLA up to 2% July every year, at this time.
On call work--0% for now as the contract is still being negotiated.

Still working, will get 2%, same as last year. Very small bonus, like $2,000 or so.

During my working years, $2,000 was considered a respectable bonus/award. Some years, I got nothing, which was not considered punishment - usually it was because I was new to the assignment and "haven't proved yourself yet" (meaning: we want to give our bonus budget to these other guys who've been here longer).

One big year, I got a $1500 award and a $3500 bonus. The chain of command were solidly in my corner that year.

Then again, it's not as if government has profit-sharing, options, and the like.
