3.15% 5 yr CD Northwest Federal Credit Union

NFCU just announced a 5 yr CD with up to 3.15% with balances $250k and above. Trying to determine the penalty for early withdrawal. This might be a good replacement for Pen Fed's 5 yr 3% - but mine don't mature until December. Maybe even better rates by then.
