401k Reallocation

Today, I called Fidelity and I rebalance my 401k portfollio as follow:

75%- Large Cap, Mid Cap, Small Cap, International
25%- Blended Fund and Bond

Hi xman. In order to get some advice/suggestions, it is probably best to include more details -- age, risk tolerance, other 401k options available to you, etc.

What percentages do you have allocated to each fund? 75%/25% doesn't tell me enough. Could you break down the 75%?
