403B Roth or Traditional

My institution is now offering the option of contributing to a Roth 403B rather than a traditional 403B and I'm looking for advice on which vehicle to use. Currently, my income puts me in the highest federal tax bracket and I anticipate staying there throughout my working career (another 10 years) and throughout retirement.

Since I separately save for retirement using post-tax $, then the additional tax burden I would incur by going with the Roth would reduce contributions to that account.

Thanks

Re: 403B Roth or Traditional

LOL, who has looked at this quite a bit, must not be around. You might want to read this thread: http://early-retirement.org/forums/i...?topic=11064.0

At a high tax bracket the Roth 403b or Roth 401k is hard to justify, better to save the taxes now.

Here is another thread: http://early-retirement.org/forums/i...4187#msg204187
