6.5 CD rates

Agriculture FCU just added 4 and 5 year CDs at 6.5 apy

You have to be a member but you can join a "dance group" for $20 to get the job done.

BTW can NE1 tell me how to easily determine the interest increase necessary on a cd to take the 6 month interest penalty and reinvest?
