a simple plan to fix it all
an 11 year old submitted his plan for fixing everything
dear mr president, i was thinking how to fix it all and it seems pretty simple:
since there are 40 million people over 50 working why not offer them all 1 million dollars severance to quit , add some simple requirements though
since we now have 40 million job openings the unemployment issue is fixed
require everyone who gets the money to buy a new car , 40 million new car orders solve the auto industry woes
require everyone to either buy a house or pay off their mortage with the money..... real estate and credit crunch fixed
see how simple!

$40 Trillion? Isn't that a little bigger than the current stimulus bill? And almost 4X the current national debt ($11 trillion).
Otherwise - great idea!

The last time government bribed old folks to retire in a horrible economy, they called it "Social Security." I wonder what they'd call it this time?
