American Industry has a competitive disadvantage.

The US faces competition from overseas manafacturers who receive direct subsidies that American manafacturers do not.

Health Care Costs, pension benefits, other assorted social costs are borne by the Tax Payers, whereas in the US , they are borne by the manafacturer.

I am surprised that the US has not challenged this?

Canada eliminated its' manafacturing taxes to make our business' more competitive, replaced them by a Consumption Tax.

Jobs will continue to move overseas while the US fails to take actions.
