Anyone used BREAD bank by Comenity

1.65% HYS is the best I could find.
(yes, I realize NYS is not the best option for most investments, but it is the best option for this chunk of $ at this time)
Opened account Tuesday.
When I went to log in it asked for my account number...uh, you didn't send me one.
I moved the $ we were going to transfer to another account thinking our bank would refuse the transfer if it overdrew our account. Nope. Ugh.
(thought I would get INTO the account b4 moving the $)
Tried to call today.
Every time I click speak to a representative it rings thru & disconnects due to technical difficulties.
HELP.

Gee I opened an account with Bread this week and had no problems. I did have a question about something and called and reached a rep right away. I used the funding button at the same time that I opened the account and the screen showed my new account number and routing number after clicking through the funding screens. With that I was able to register for online banking immediately. The bank uses Plaid which is a very quick overnight transfer of funds out of your other institution. Beware that pushing money out of Bread has low maximums and I plan to pull from the other institution when I need funds to overcome that negative. Also beware that once your initial money transfers you don't have access to it for 7 days.

Apparently they were having phone issues yesterday.
Good to know you have had good luck.
Trying to clarify--pushing $ out of Bread has low maximums? How low? So I cannot withdraw all my funds should I choose?
I contacted my bank to see if I could reverse my deposit with the issues I had & they thought they could tho on Friday afternoon b4 a holiday weekend it didn't happen yesterday.
I'm still willing to commit a deposit to them but perhaps not quite so much, at least until issues are resolved.

If you are looking for an alternative for high yield savings, check out Bask Bank at 1.61%. I've had great service from them and little waiting on the phone. I haven't heard of Bread Bank but the interest rate is good.

Bread is just Comenity renamed.

Intrigued by the the American miles benefit of Bask Bank--digging into that.
