Book recommendations for estate planning and home buying

Anyone got anything?
I figure it's time to get my act together wrt the former, and have been thinking about moving wrt the latter. And it's been soooo long since I bought the house I live in now. I've forgotten what little I knew at the time and I'm looking for a good primer.

I suppose the question of whether I SHOULD be thinking about it is best left to another thread.
