Dividends, KISS, please

Without frying my little grey matter, can someone explain to me how I can find/figure out dividends vs annual yield for individual stocks? Take Pepsico (PEP on the NYSE) for example.

How can I figure out what their 5yr average return on investment is?

I need to do this to fill in some formula I'm using in an online Pre-Calc course I am taking which is already beating my brain into submission, so please, KISS.
