DQOTD: What Are T-Bill Balances on Monthly Statement?

Just started buying T-Bills in July, mostly 26 weeks. I noticed my VG monthly statements show a balance for each of the 6 T-Bills we own. It's not the purchase price, or the face value, and does not appear to be a pro-rated yield - so what is it? Price on the secondary market I am guessing? Not that important, all I care about is getting the face value when they mature, just curious what it is...

If you log in and look at your positions, it will also show you the current value of your T-bills determined by the secondary market.
