estate planning questions

Do US saving bonds have to have a beneficiary/co-owner to not go through probate?

Can IRAs and CDs and MMAs have organizations as beneficiaries?

All I own (apart from a small house on a small lot, the contents thereof, and my car) is in IRAs, TSP, Bonds, CDs, MMA.

Does a will cover only the property, with all the accounts avoiding probate?

More questions later, I'm trying to get organized.

Re: estate planning questions

Yes, you need a joint tenant on the bond or a beneficiary.

You can have a charity be a beneficiary of an IRA.
