Extreme budget cuts

My question has to be since the government lowered the withholding calculation at the start of last year, what is everyone doing with the extra few dollars in their paycheck, or pension?

Not everyone has a paycheck or a pension, particularly on this forum.

People who live off their retirement savings have to know to give the government its cut when they withdraw, so there is no surprise here.
