Try taking more time for yourself. As your involvement wanes you might find it is easier to let go. It has been (so far) for me.
That's where I am. In 2016 I worked 31 weeks consulting, 2 weeks volunteering and 5 weeks Navy. My goal next year is to work <24 weeks consulting because I like it. It opened my eyes that I volunteer teaching (to Vets) what I enjoy so I might as well get paid for some of it.
