FIRE plan on track

The plan is falling nicely into place -- yesterday DW and I signed a contract for a condo. While we don't have a McMansion, the house has grown too large, now that the kids are gone. We have a few things to do around the house before listing, but we have time -- condo won't be ready for another 12 months.

Just about three years until the drop date -- its getting harder not to quit the rat race earlier, but I need health benefits and time to add a little more to the retirement kitty.

Looks nice, especially if you like golf. How far to the water?
