Fixed return in firecalc

Anyone else look at a default firecalc portfolio and see what the fixed return would be?

Tossing my portfolio worth numbers in with SS and some rental income included and seeing what annual withdrawal first drops below 100% success. The equivent is matched by a fixed return of 3.8%. For the fixed, I stop when firecalc says I'd outlive my money...

SS and rentals would be less than 20% of income and not collecting SS for 12 more years.

I was expecting a larger equivalent return.
