I purchased a 4-plex in each year, to be used as rental property, on in each 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 for a total of five.
How's the 2008/2009 property cash flowing? Little close to the peak (isn't it?).
FWIW I bought in 2010 and 2012 .... the 2010 purchase was a "dud" for a couple years. But now has ~40k in equity. Prices here are no where near the last peak. We "bottomed" in 2011 ... now the rising tide is lifting all boats.
