Income portfolio modeling spreadsheet?

Income portfolio modeling spreadsheet?

Does anyone know where I could find a simple income modeling spreadsheet. I have looked around on the web and cannot find one. I would just like to be able to model some different assets, yeilds, rates and solve for monthly/annual income. I could create one myself but I wanted to see if there is something out there that would probably be better than anything I could do. Thanks.

If you want something more complicated than FIRECalc you're probably on your own.
