Thank you SWR.      Given this info, I don't see why I'd want to keep any significant funds in ING.    Probably will keep the ING account open, just in case, but with minimal balance.

Just got an email note from Amboy Direct that their Premium Savings is going up to 5.25% APY.

There's a bank near me that pays 5.40% for a 16 month cd...not sure if that's too long to tie up, in case rates go up...
