The caption starts:

"Shawn King, the seventh wife . . ." and you think it's surprising he's only worth $2M? I'm surprised that after seven wives he has any net worth. This is no slam on women it's just math. When you divide your net worth in half several times, it makes sense to me that there's not much left.

Estate is only 2M. The rest of his 140m+ net worth is tied up in trusts

Ok. THAT makes sense. And yes. My divorce was pricey and my son's even worse. He unfortunately followed my example in marrying an 'artist / crafter.'

Regarding Robin Williams, sometimes the expense is more than money.

I guess $2 mil is still worth going to court for. The rich (or at least famous) live different lives than I do, so YMMV.

And whomever controls his estate can monetize his "brand"...license his likeness, etc. for the next several decades.
