life insurance sales people. flexlife... universal life.. what to do.?
the variations sound interesting and like you are missing something... what to do? how do you decide with the getting most of the up side of the S&P ... but none of the down side?

We made term the "core" of our life insurance. The rest did not make sense for us. “Whole life” investment aspects were not worth the costs, vs term and investing elsewhere.

If you need life insurance, term insurance. Mixing so called "Investments" with it is like mixing oil and water. The real result is not pretty. Plenty of threads on this.
