Looking for Tax/financial Adviser

Hi,

I am looking for an adviser who can help guide me on a few issues:

- Tax implications of converting IRA (all/part) to Roth
- Setting up a portfolio not to manage, just provide one time (or once per year guidance)
- The ability to execute a tax return (not mandatory but it is also a confidence builder for the first point)
- Double check my current approach/provide helpful recommendations

Do any of you get support from a financial adviser on a contract/hourly basis (not percent of account value) who does this and perhaps more? If so, would you be willing to share/recommend the type of support you receive and contact information? If you prefer to send a private note, please feel free.
