money exchange companies

I have a home in Mexico that I am selling and closing on this week. It is being paid in pesos not dollars and I have to have proceeds wired to my bank in US. My bank's clearing house (middle man) charges the equivilent of 1% for the exchange (about $2,000) as the sales proceeds will be about $193,000. Some banks charge even higher. I know there are on-line money exchange companies that do this for a more reasonable sum, but I don't know of any that I can count on as being reputable.

Has anyone had the need to do this? If so, do you know a lagit exchange company?

XE.com (xetrade) has been around quite a while and just charges the spread on forex trades. You can EFT it right into your bank account.
