New US House Bill to allow Annuities in 401Ks, Raise RMD Age

Key Provisions:

1. Allows annuities to be offered in employer 401k plans.
2. Raises age for RMDs to 72.
3. Removes age cap (currently 70.5) for contributing to a TIRA.

Passed overwhelming in House, Senate expected to take it up, and the president is not opposed.
