Paging Louis Rukeyser

Oh how I wish I could turn on public tv right now and have the comforting visage of Louis Rukeyser, and hear him make some silly pun.
I mean, I'm not panicking or anything, really I'm not.
But please, Louis, manipulate some keyboard from the deep beyond and convince us all that the sun will still rise tomorrow.
Or I'd be happy with a good Louis Rukeyser imitator to keep us smiling in these strange times.

Please, don't take this the wrong way, but wouldn't Louis be a little conservative to be comforting? Wouldn't it be better to hear from one of the Socialist Party spokespersons at a time like this?

I miss Louis too. Public TV had their heads up their butts when they got rid of him.......

Well, never having heard from a Socialist Party spokesperson, I wouldn't know. Do you have a link you like?
