Given the inference it was unplanned, and required immediate action - today I put 70% in ARKK and 30% in ATT.

I'm with Dash man, I'd convert everything to Roths, then go to the Dollar store with the change.

But seriously, I think I'd just add it to my current asset allocation - keeping it the same. Full disclosure, I'd BTD with, say 25K but YMMV.
