Rating 401K Plans
Here's an interesting site that claims to rate 401K plans. I've never been able to get a definite number on the fees that my plan charges but this site provides some comfort. BrightScope | 401k Plan Ratings

I just looked at BrighScope site. It looks like the criteria they use are "company contributions, fees, investment menu quality, vesting schedules, eligibility periods etc".
