You're confusing this simple mind.

If you wanted to refer to an old dead thread, why didn't you just reply to it to bump it? What was the point of posting a link to a thread on the same board with no preamble, and no context?

Oy. * I posted that in reply to somebody else who has since deleted their post. * So it only seems odd in this new context. * If you delete your post too, then this reply will seem even stranger.
