Retirement Portfolio Help

Hello, I'm new to the forum and would appreciate any suggestions/comments!

I have been in American Funds (401k) and Vanguard (IRA) target retirement funds exclusively. I'm going into individual funds for more control over allocations and to reduce costs.

CURRENT SITUATION
