Robo- advisors

these robo advisers like the one at swabb... I do not think are a good thing...the intelligent portfolio makes you have 6% in cash. Too me that does not make sense, you do not even make any interest on that money.
I would love to hear from of the people on this forum about them.

Six percent cash sounds high to me also. Unless that 6% includes your operational checking. How much cash you hold is not an easy decision.

You mean it forces you into a position with no option to tweak? If so, that IS bad. I thought it just made recommendations and adjustments to maintain the desired AA.

That much cash makes no sense in the accumulation phase, but sounds about right (or at least in the ballpark) if you are in the withdrawal phase.
