Rolling over 401k/IRA to Fidelity, any ideas?

Rolling over 401k/IRA to Fidelity, any ideas?
I've decided it's time to simplify my accounts and roll my retirement 401k and Lump Pension IRA into my main FIDO account. I'd like to stay with international and emerging markets for a while but I'm open to suggestion.

FIDO's management fees are over 1% but they have a few good performers. Any hot tips or suggestions on what to do with this money (800k). Maybe just let it sit in cash equivs to I get smart? Could be there for decades.
