Looks like financial advisers might be subject to new regulations requiring a fiduciary duty to their clients. And, according to this NY times article (http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/03/01...nest-eggs.html), the griping has already begun. So, be kind to your FA, if you still have one.

I have faith in our government, the best money can buy, will not deprive these fine, campaign contributing individuals of their right to plunder the American populace. After all, they're just taking money from "the rich."

This has been known for next to forever. I'm skeptical it will really be truly fixed. There may be some posturing but I'm sure the right to fleece will be protected.
