Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Laurel, MD Posts: 8,327	This seems to work somewhat like joining an investment club, which seems to have fallen way out of favor. My brother said he joined one, but they didn't do anything formal and had the brokerage account in his name.......he got all the 1099's when they disbanded the club which took him awhile to sort out.
