Suggestions needed for best forums/boards

Could someone please suggest an excellent board/forum for:

1. Tax strategies. Is The Motley Fool board the best one.?
2. Retirement Investing. Kiplinger has a board, but is there a better one?
3. Berkshire Hathaway. There is a forum for this on MSN, but is it the best?

I am a newbie, and doing my best to study mutual funds, etf's and so forth. I need some guidance, though, and hope to find a few great boards/forums (other than this one) to learn from.
Thank you.

BRK board

There is one public in Yahoo, but I think the moderate one is better:
