TD eSeries outside TD Waterhouse

Can someone who has a Canadian discount brokerage account other than TD Waterhouse verify for me if you can purchase the TD eSeries (ie should be able to search for "TD Canadian Index - e" not "TD Canadian Index - I")? The reps at TD seem pretty clueless when it comes to the eSeries for some reason. I don't have a discount brokerage account yet so I can't check for myself .

I'm pretty sure they are available, but after getting the run around by TD I wanted to make sure. I'm not set on eSeries yet, but it is definitely one I am considering so I want to verify that it is available outside TD.
