Those Who Tithe, What About Inheritance?

Tithing and considering it a legal mandate are two different things. You can do the first without the second.

Tithing is the example most often given in the Bible. Without an example to follow, my heart can stay plenty cheerful while keeping it all!

In theory, yes. But in most churches that teach tithing it is often preached that one is "robbing God" if you don't tithe and there is usually an annual sermon or two that encourages tithing to the extent that it is like a tax that has to be paid. Most (not all) humans will eventually resent this in their heart even while tithing. Also, tithers sometime feel that are better Christians than those who don't.

Not true IMO. Can you offer any backup for this?
