I won’t consider progressive as I have heard too many bad stories and the reviews aren’t good. I know GEICO pays as I was in a small accident 3 years ago.

I just had my car repaired, and noticed the mercedes e350 on the lift with most of its front end missing. Car ran over a curb and took everyrhing out.I have an S550 that was in for a suspension issue, so this other car caught my attention.

Its been on the lift 2 weeks because geico wont authorize new parts, they insist on used part. Mechanic has had enough, told owner to deal with the insurance comapny or come get your car. Over 20,000 in repairs and havent even started on body work.

I have been using independent agents successfully for years. Like in hiring any professional, you have to do your homework. Re "received that info" I have no idea what you mean.

What I meant is, if (when) I receive copies of policies with anything redacted, I wont engage with the prospective customer.
