Vanguard Provide Tax Software?

I read on here a few weeks back that Vanguard provides Turbo Tax software for free to it's members. However, I've logged on to the site and can't find the offer. Please help.

Vanguard used to provide free Turbotax to flagship clients. But it stopped this year. No more freebie.
