Vanguard Total China Index ETF

It is likely operator error or sheer stupidity on my part, but I wanted to buy the above but can't seem to access it via Vanguard's US website.

I see it listed on what appears to be Vanguard's Hong Kong website, where the ETF appears to trade.

I guess I can't purchase it in my US account. Does this sound right to you?

based on what i’ve read and heard the reds are likely to feel the wrath of the world once this chi-comm created crisis turns the corner. one thing must happen...chi-comm supply chains need to revert to US based.
