I tried searching the forum for similar posts (and a few google searches) but found no answers to my queries.

Does anyone know a good website with graphs showing how saving $X/year in certain age brackets is better the earlier you start versus investing the same amount 20 years later? I'm hoping to use them for future reference when encountering any members of the fairer sex who might need a little incentive to jumpstart their financial portfolios.

Vanguard didn't seem to have any...

Thanks,

Peter

Seems to be an odd pick-up approach. But targeting the financially naive whose portfolios need a jump may be a clever way of servicing a niche market.

Not aware of any web sites but the charts you're looking for can be easily created in Excel.

LOL....not necessarily to use as a pick-up-line....more to be used on a few current casual daters that may have long-term potential. :)
