Where to find CCRC "Sticky"

I give up. I have done multiple searches but I have no luck in finding the "sticky" we had at one time for CCRCs. I wanted to give a friend a quick way to get educated but no luck finding.
Do we still have "stickys"
Thanks

There's a CCRC FAQ in the FAQ subforum.

OP here. Thanks everyone for your help. So for future reference, the FAQs have the stickys?

the FAQs have the 'frequently asked questions'.

Stickies (in my mind, which may be a little off) refers to threads that have a thumbtack/sticky to keep them at the top of the subforum... so stuff like "best CD rates" on the Fire and Money subforum.

toe-may-toe... toe-mah-toe. Your mileage may vary
