ER is real now........

After so long having ER as a future goal all the little administrative things I'm doing to prepare bring home its reality.

The latest was cancelling my monthly automatic investment plan. I'm still reinvesting dividends and capital gains as I plan to live off a combination of cash, stable value fund and rental income for the first year, but I'm definitely in the spend down mode now.
