FLA Adult Communities that allow 18+ To Live There

We will be retiring to Florida and are interested in communities with activities and amenities.
We have two 20 something kids who will be relocating with us.
Would like to know of any communities where 18+ may be allowed to reside.
Really would like to experience the social life of an active adult community.
