I found this interesting. Sounds like even a professional athlete can get into better shape by getting out of the "rat race." Ex-NFL QB Jake Plummer is playing a new sport these days - Shutdown Corner - NFL* - Yahoo! Sports

I read this story also. What struck me is that he was willing to walk away and is really enjoying himself.
