Don't I need to manipulate my pension in order for it to get bigger?

Re: Playing with your PenSION

So instead of giving you the big eye, guys could say, "Let's go to my place and talk personal finance," or "My early retirement's bigger than his," or even "Wanna see my pension?" : 8)

So far, i can still just focus on something appropriate and that's enough. I bet i'm only a few years away though before manipulation will also be a requirement.
