Another update

Last year's thread:

http://www.early-retirement.org/foru...ney-89856.html

I forgot to do the update 2 months ago so here goes. With a fairly flat market this past year, I'm happy to report we increased our net worth by $46k to $426k.

Maxed 401k, Roth IRA, HSA and put 10% into my company's stock plan. Also did some other saving and investing. This on a single income of $119k for 2018, with my wife staying home and 2 kids. The plan is for my wife to go back to work after this summer (hopefully teaching) and we can both retire before 50. I'm gunning for 48, but we'll see.

Thanks to everyone on this site for all the motivation and inspiration! Here's to a great 2019!

Grats on a great savings rate!! When markets are flat, the savings rate makes all the difference.
